Medicare, TRICARE, and Anthem (including FEP) plans are allowing subscribers to use their benefits for remote tele-therapy visits, including initial clinical consultations for new patients.
We are scheduling appointments for new and ongoing patients, with some appointments being conducted remotely via secure telemedicine platforms. Where services require an office visit (e.g., certain types of evaluation/testing), we give due attention to maintaining social distance and recommended hygiene/disinfecting practices.
For your part, we ask that you not come to the office if you are experiencing symptoms of COVID, or if you were recently in close contact with anyone who is ill. Speak with your provider about rescheduling. You will not be charged a late cancellation fee under these circumstances.
If you are not yet vaccinated for COVID, please bring a mask or other face covering to wear when you are occupying one of the common areas in our suite – that is, the waiting area, our interior corridors, the outer lobby, and our public restrooms. Your provider will give you guidance about the need to wear a mask during your appointment.
Before leaving our public restroom, please wash your hands. You will find hand sanitizer dispensers located throughout our suite; please use these liberally.
