Our psychologists and counselors are scheduling appointments, either face to face, or remotely via secure tele-therapy. Medicare, Cigna, Tricare, and Anthem (non-FEP) are allowing subscribers to use their benefits for remote tele-therapy visits, including initial clinical consultations for new patients.
Anthem FEP has determined that their FEP subscribers may not use their benefits to consult with the in-network Anthem provider of their choice. We are hopeful that this Anthem FEP policy will change soon.
