Use the fields and links below to initiate a payment via PayPal.
To insure that your payment is properly credited, please enter the Patient Name, and the Patient Account Number or Invoice Number in the fields below. If you do not know either the Patient Number or the Invoice number, enter the Patient’s date of birth. We want to be sure that your payment is credited correctly.
To ensure proper credit, should the notification of your PayPal payment fail to reach us, please either print or take a screenshot of your payment confirmation for your records, and for our reference if necessary. Thank you for your payment.
If you prefer to send a Paypal payment while logged into your PayPal account, rather than from our website, follow these instructions from PayPal:
“Here’s how to send money:
- Go to your Send & Request money page.
- Choose your payment type and follow the onscreen instructions to complete the payment.
- The email address for the Practice PayPal account is email@example.com
*If you’re sending money to a friend or family member, select Send to friends and family. If you’re buying something, select Pay for goods and services.
We’ll send the recipient an email to let them know that you sent them money. If they don’t have a PayPal account, we’ll explain how to sign up for one. PayPal members must confirm their email address before the money can be credited to their PayPal account.
Once you send money, you are not able to cancel or reverse the transaction. Please check the details of this transaction carefully. If you need to request a refund, you may do so by contacting the person to whom you sent the money.”
