We accept payment in cash, personal check, debit card, VISA, and MasterCard. Payment in full is required at the time of service, unless your health insurance plan is administered by Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, or Medicare. Unless you and your therapist/psychologist have discussed specific exceptions, you will be charged for missed appointments and for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.

Please note that we will submit claims to the following plans only when they are your primary carrier; we do not submit claims to secondary carriers, or to carriers/plans not listed here:
Even if you have some other insurance plan, you may still be able to use your benefits, especially if you have a PPO plan that gives you the flexibility to work with non-network providers.
