Payment in full is required at the time of service, unless your health insurance plan is administered by Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Cigna, or Medicare. We accept payment in cash, personal checks, debit cards, VISA, and MasterCard. Information about using your health insurance benefits can be found by here.
Unless you and your therapist/psychologist have discussed specific exceptions, you will be charged for missed appointments and for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.
Even if you have health insurance, there are likely to be some out-of-pocket costs that will be your responsibility, such as unmet deductibles, coinsurance, and copayments. Please note that we will submit claims to the following plans only when they are your primary carrier; we do not submit claims to secondary carriers, or to carriers/plans not listed here:
Even if you have some other insurance plan, you may still be able to use your benefits, especially if you have a PPO plan that gives you the flexibility to work with non-network providers.
