Dr. Jennifer Marshall is a Clinical and Forensic Psychologist in Virginia with over 15 years of experience. Dr. Marshall serves as a consultant to Woodbridge Psychological Associates and also maintains a separate practice in Herndon, Virginia. Dr. Marshall also serves as a consultant and subject matter expert across varied government agencies to include the Department of Defense and the Department of Veterans Affairs on topics focused on the psychological health of Service members and Veterans.
Dr. Marshall has extensive experience conducting forensic evaluations, providing consultation and expert witness testimony in both civil and criminal matters. Dr. Marshall’s forensic practice areas include:

In her clinical practice Dr. Marshall provides treatment and evaluation services to children, adolescents and adults. Dr. Marshall provides psychological evaluations to include the assessment of mood, personality disorders and learning issues. Dr. Marshall received her doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology in 1998. She then completed a formal postdoctoral residency in clinical and forensic psychology in the Division of Forensic Services at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital located in Washington, DC. She later served as the Director of Training and Supervisory Psychologist at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital , where she was responsible for management and oversight of the hospital’s American Psychological Association (APA) accredited psychology pre-doctoral training program and the APPIC approved postdoctoral psychology training program. She has also served as the Forensic Coordinator at Northern Virginia Mental Health Institute where she was responsible for the coordination of treatment services for Not Guilty By Reason of Insanity acquitees. Dr. Marshall has maintained a private practice in the Washington, DC Metro area since 2000.
