You may have an appointment already scheduled with us over the next several weeks, so you will be able to discuss with your provider a transition to new care. If you do not have an appointment and wish to begin the process of establishing care, most of our providers are already scheduling new appointments in the practices that they will be transitioning to after August 31, 2025. It will be up to you to take steps to connect with a provider of your choosing. Your current or recent WPAPC provider will do what they can to assist your transition to ongoing quality care.

Morgan Records Management is the appointed records custodian for Woodbridge Psychological Associates PC in Virginia. Its patient records have been transferred to us, and you can request copies at any time using the request form on this page.
In accordance with applicable state law, you may be charged a reasonable fee for the copying and transmittal of records. The exact amount depends on the size of your file and your state's regulations.
Most states allow by law up to 30 days to process records requests. Due to the high volume of requests we receive, it can take up to 30 days. We do our best to process all requests sooner, as we know how important they are.
Yes, with proper authorization. Parents or guardians for minors, attorneys with a HIPAA-compliant release form, and others with notarized permission may submit requests on your behalf. The form will guide you through what is required.
